
just now someone requested me to post the recipe in the blog.
so let's get it started~ :D
ingredients
- lasagna sheets
- parmesan
-mozarella
(Béchamel sauce/white sauce)
- fresh milk
- flour
- butter
(fillings)
-olive oil
-garlic
-minced beef/chicken
-jintan
-tomatoes
-onions
-celery
-purple spinach
-mix vege (opt)
-button mushroom
-tomato sauce/puree
-black pepper sauce (opt)
-salt and pepper
steps
First of all, let's get done with the fillings first. shall we?
> heat the pan and put some olive oil. When u feel the heat, saute(or we call it 'tumis') the garlic first smpai wangi.
>after the sauteed garlic dah wangi, put the minced beef, kacau smpai masak.
>the minced beef somehow produce some juice itself, so kacau smpai kering.
>da kering sket, put the onions, celery, and the mix vege(opt)
> after that, put some jintan.sikit je! (ask ur mom kalau tak tahu. mesti drang tahu punye lah! :D)
>kacau2 smpai rata, put the tomato sauce, and some tomatoes(nnt tomato ni akn cair n mnguatkan lagi the tomato flavor. )
>if u want to try something different, u might want to add the black pepper sauce a bit. if u prefer 'originality' so, no need to add it. (but to me, it makes the fillings taste better)
>now u can put the purple spinach and the button mushroom. (well, we have to add some greens to keep a healthy lifestyle ya know) :D
>lastly, put the salts and peppers scukup rase.
there, the yummy fillings.
next, the white sauce!!
>first warm the milk first. (just panaskan je. jgn smpai mnggelegak)
>in the other pan, heat the butter until it melted, then add the flour (abt 3 tbsp).
> mix it well, until it smooth.
> then u pour the milk slowly until it became thick. (abt 380 ml milk)
wallah, the white sauce!

white sauce -> done
so, grab any baking dish and we can start layering the lasagna! :D
please note that, the base u have to start with the layer of fillings first!
(after u sapu the butter of course supaya tk mlekat)
fillings, white sauce then lasagna sheet. (if u like cheese so much u can tabur parmesan at every layer.)
layer them smpai habes.
on the top, covered it with mozarella cheese and a bit of parmesan chesee.
add a bit of pepper too.
turn on the oven to 150 degrees.
cook it for 25 minutes.
here some tips, if u donno weather ur lasagna is cooked or not, u can confirmed by sticking
any sticks, mcm lidi as btg sate, then u pull it out. kalau kering, dah masak lah tu.
kalau mcm ade sticky sauce, blum lg la tu ya.
